Ashaley Boatwright

Attorney / Founder

Born and raised in South Carolina, Ashaley Boatwright has dedicated his entire life to service and protection. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps with a mission to defend this country and join the fight against terrorism. His time in the Marines shaped his character, instilling discipline, resilience, and an unwavering drive to protect others.

After retiring from military service, Ashaley set his sights on a new mission. He went from defending your freedom on the frontlines to defending your freedom in the courtroom. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and went on to attend Stetson University College of Law, known nationally for its elite trial advocacy program.

Ashaley began his legal career as a public defender so he could fight for those who could not fight for themselves. Today, as the founder of Boatwright Legal, he continues that mission with the same discipline, level-headedness, and intensity he learned in the Marines. His passion for justice and for his clients drives him to prepare relentlessly and advocate fiercely in every case.
