About Us

Ashaley Boatwright was born and raised in South Carolina and always knew he wanted to help people. After he graduated high school, he joined the United States Marines. He wanted to serve his country, so he joined the fight against terrorism.

After retiring from the Marines, he set his eyes on fighting the injustices that take place in our communities every day. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and then went to Stetson University College of Law, the best trial law school in the country. After graduating, he became a public defender so that he could fight for those who could not fight for themselves. He still carries the discipline and level-headedness he learned to this very day. He is passionate about Justice, his cases, and most importantly helping his clients. This passion drives him to be the best advocate that he can be. He works diligently to prepare himself for court so that his clients have the best chance.

He thrives in the court room, and even more in trial. His zealous advocacy shines as he argues for his clients. He does not take a case and immediately try to get the person to plead guilty. Instead, he investigates it, consults with the client about the evidence, the witnesses, the risk and the rewards of pleading and of taking it to trial. He listens to his clients. He connects with his clients. He cares about his clients, and this is what sets him apart.
